Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: To collect Japanese cough speech data.
• Secondary Outcome: To examine the validity of the accuracy of analysis by the current AI program (determination of similarity to cough when infected with COVID-19)

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: <= 80age old
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1. Japanese aged 18-80 years
2. who have submitted a specimen (body fluid) for testing (PCR test) for COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) infection
3. who can cooperate with cough and voice recording
4. who are able to cooperate in the survey of this study (required items: gender and age)
5. who have the ability to read and understand the consent form
6. who are able to understand the research procedures
7. who are willing and able to cooperate in the research

Exclude criteria

1. Who refuse to provide PCR test results
2. Who are unable to cooperate in the research
3. Those who are deemed unsuitable by the principal investigator.
