Age minimum | Not applicable |

Age maximum | <= 40age old |
Gender | Both |
Include criteria | Male and female patients not older than 40 years who receive tooth extraction for orthodontic treatment. When the patinet is younger than 20 years old, informed consent from a parent is also required. |
Exclude criteria | Patients with a severe tooth decay, obvious infection around the tooth, immature tooth, or who are taking drugs such as immunosppuressant, anticancer drugs or hormonal agents. |
