Outcome(s)

Primary Outcome

1.Liver histopathological findings
2.Expression of tolerant/inflammatory cells in peripheral blood
3.Expression distribution and intensity of tolerant/inflammatory cells in the graft
4.Expression level of inflammatory/inhibitory molecule/cytokine genes in the graft
5.Expression level of inflammatory/inhibitory molecule/cytokine genes in lymphocytes infitrating into the graft
6.Evaluation of immune anti-donor responsiveness(CD4+T cell,CD8+T cell division ability)

Include criteria

[Recipient selection criteria]
1) Among patients who have undergone living-donor liver transplantation, those who are scheduled to undergo liver biopsy
2) A person who has voluntarily obtained written consent from the person or his / her substitute for participation in this research.

• Exclude criteria: 1) Patients who are considered difficult to carry out this study by the principal inverstigator,ect.
