Patients exercise using application for 3 months
Using pre and post test, we examine questionnaires and physical performance

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 50age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1. over 50 years old persons without exercise habits
2. persons can exercise in modified bolg scale level IV permitted by cardiovascular medicine doctor
3.maintenance phase of cardiac rehabilitation post myocardial infarction or chronic heart failure(NYHA I or II)

Exclude criteria

1.persons can not walk on both feet unaided
2.persons had mental disorders (without depression)
3.persons can not operate tablet
4.persons have HbA1c >10% in those with diabetes mellitus, proliferative retinopathy, heart failure, and coronary artery disease.
