Include criteria | The data must be from a pilot study (UMIN000025132) to compare the efficacy of the radioligand [11C]K-2 in the development of cross-disease diagnostics in depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, addiction, ASD, epilepsy, FTD cases and healthy controls, and [11C]K-2 imaging data and MRI imaging data stored in the Department of Physiology, Yokohama City University, which can be analyzed in patients with depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and ASD and in healthy controls. The data were obtained in the 'A clinical trial to examine age-and-sex-related changes of AMPA receptor density in healthy volunteers.' and the data should be analyzable in males in their 20s-40s. The data should be from [11C]K-2 images and MRI images taken in a cross-sectional PET study using [11C]K-2 (jRCTs031190197) and stored in the Department of Physiology, Yokohama City University, and should be available for analysis. The data must be from [11C]K-2 imaging data and MRI imaging data taken in a cross-sectional PET study using [11C]K-2 (jRCTs031190150) and stored in the Department of Physiology, Yokohama City University, and must be available for analysis. The data must be from [11C]K-2 imaging data and MRI imaging data taken in a cross-sectional PET study using [11C]K-2 (jRCTs031190149) and stored in the Department of Physiology, Yokohama City University, and must be available for analysis. |
