Effect of thoracic assistance during respiration on autonomic activity

Intervention(s)The subject is placed in a supine position, hip flexed at 90 deg, feet on a box. the AIC assistant puts hands on the subject's sternum and thoracolumbar spine. The subject inhales through the nose and exhales through the mouth. As the subject expires, the assistant lowers the sternum with the left hand, guiding it forward to the left, and pulls up the thoracolumbar spine with the right hand. This is repeated 5 times.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 18age old
Age maximum<= 25age old
GenderBoth
Include criteriaa healthy male or female 18 and 25 years old, have given consent. To be able to breathe through the nose.
Exclude criteriaHave taken the AIC Manual Technique in the past. had a chest fracture in the past. taking any medicine.
