Intervention(s)

Resilience education already in use in the Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) will be modified and surveyed using a questionnaire before and after a JASDF planned resilience education opportunity.
The content of resilience education mainly includes mental health knowledge, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, social skills, exercise, nutrition, sleep, etc. This study will focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness education.
There will be several categories of subjects, including recruitment from the general public of the JASDF (approximately 1,200 participants), medical personnel (approximately 100 participants), and medical students (approximately 100 participants).
Education time is assumed to be approximately 3 hours for general members and medical students, and approximately 8 hours for medical personnel.
The intervention method will basically consist of an intervention group and a control group, with the control group receiving different education. In addition, the cotrol group will eventually receive the same education as the intervention group.
