4)Text mining of content posted to participate in colorectal cancer screening on LINE, Youtube channels, etc.
5)Cancer screening positive rate of those who participated in the primary endopoints
6)Sensitivity and specificity due to linkage with cancer registration
7)Progression of cancer detected by linkage with cancer registration
8)5-year survival rate with cancer due to linkage with cancer registration
9)Participant participation rate in the next year
10)Click-through rate for referrals to another study (cooperative study of Vivoly and LINE functions, communication with medical institutions after endoscopy)

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 40age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1) Healthy person over 40 years old
2) , who can use LINE, Facebook Messenger or e-mail, etc. and
3) , can consent to documents such as provision of personal information to cancer registration

Exclude criteria

1) Patients with serious complications (heart failure, renal failure, liver failure, hemorrhagic gastric ulcer, uncontrolled diabetes, etc.), or
2) judged by the investigator to be inappropriate for conducting this study safely.
