The effect of repetitive isometric contraction on muscle hardness of supraspinatus -examination by ultrasonic elastography-

Intervention(s)Participants are in the supine position on the bed,and the right shoulder joint is externally rotated and extended and internally displaced. From there,in the abduction direction on the scapular surface,perform isometric contraction for 1 second with a resistance of approximately 10percent of the maximum abduction muscle force 20 times 1 set ,20 times 2 sets.

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeStrain ratio of the infraspinatus
Secondary OutcomeRange of motion of tying movement

Age minimum>= 20age old
Age maximum< 50age old
GenderMale
Include criteriaHealthy male between the ages of 20 and 49
Exclude criteriaMale with pain in the elbow joint Male with a history of surgery on the elbow joint
