• Intervention(s): Participants are in the supine position on the bed,and the right shoulder joint is externally rotated and extended and internally displaced. From there,in the abduction direction on the scapular surface,perform isometric contraction for 1 second with a resistance of approximately 10percent of the maximum abduction muscle force 20 times 1 set ,20 times 2 sets.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Strain ratio of the infraspinatus
• Secondary Outcome: Range of motion of tying movement

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: < 50age old
• Gender: Male
• Include criteria: Healthy male between the ages of 20 and 49

Exclude criteria

Male with pain in the elbow joint
Male with a history of surgery on the elbow joint
