Intervention(s)

Participants were placed supine on the bed with the shoulder in 90-degree abduction and 0-degree horizontal abduction, the elbow in 90-degree flexion, and the forearm in a neutral position. The elbow joint lay off the edge of the bed.
Perform the following eight exercise tasks twice with maximum effort for 5 seconds each (other than rest).
1. Rest, 2. Wrist joint ulnar flexion (flexor carpi ulnaris), 3. PIPjt flexion (flexor digitorum superficialis), 4. Forearm pronation (pronator teres muscle), 5. Wrist joint ulnar flexion + PIPjt flexion (flexor carpi ulnaris + flexor digitorum superficialis), 6. Wrist joint ulnar flexion + forearm pronation (flexor carpi ulnaris + pronator teres), 7. PIPjt flexion + forearm pronation (flexor digitorum superficialis + pronator teres), 8. Wrist joint ulnar flexion + PIPjt flexion + forearm pronation (flexor carpi ulnaris + flexor digitorum superficialis + pronator teres)
The order of exercise tasks is random.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: medial elbow joint space gapping, strain ratio of UCL and FPMs
• Secondary Outcome: grip strength

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: <= 25age old
• Gender: Male
• Include criteria: Healthy male college students between the ages of 20 and 25

Exclude criteria

Students with pain in the elbow joint
Students with a history of surgery on the elbow joint
