Primary Outcome1. Comparison of AMPA receptor density of healthy participants before and after partial volume correction. 2. Calculation of Asymmetry index of [11C]K-2 images before and after partial volume correction 3. Comparison of Asymmetry index of [11C]K-2 images Intra-individually and between healthy participants and epilepsy patients before and after partial volume correction.

Include criteria-[11C] K-2 image data can be obtained from "A clinical trial to examine the efficacy and safety of radioligand [11C] K-2 in healthy subjects (UMIN000020975)" stored in the Department of Physiology, Yokohama City University. -[11C] K-2 image data of healthy participants aged 30-40 yrs can be obtained from "A pilot study comparing the efficacy of radioligand [11C] K-2 in the development of cross-diseased diagnostics between depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, addiction, ASD, epilepsy, FTD cases and healthy individuals Of the [11C] K-2 image data captured by (UMIN000025132)" stored in the Department of Physiology, Yokohama City University. -[11C] K-2 image data of epilepsy patients showing significant reduction of seizures one year after surgery can be obtained from "a clinical trial investigating the efficacy of radioligand [11C] K-2 in patients undergoing anterior temporal lobe resection surgery for refractory epilepsy (UMIN000025090)", stored in the Department of Physiology, Yokohama City University.
