Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: <= 59age old
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1. Subjects who is aware of muscle decline
2. Subjects who wants body makeup
3. Subjects who want to tig hten their body
4. BMI 23 or more and less than 30

Exclude criteria

1. Subject with a history of food allerg y
2. Subject who are preg nant or nursing
3. Subjects taking health food that has effect
4. Subjects taking medication to bring about the effect
