Study type | Interventional |
Intervention(s) | Blood flow is measured using an optical imaging brain function measuring device (Spectratech OEG-16). The experiment is performed by the following procedure. A: Set the treadmill at a safe speed from the target person's 10m comfortable walking speed. B : The underlying cerebral blood flow is measured at rest standing position for 1 minute. C: Unloaded treadmill walking and measurement of cerebral blood flow are performed for 1 minute at a comfortable walking speed. D: After walking, the measurement of cerebral blood flow is measured for 1 minute at rest standing position. E: After a 3-minute rest sitting position, one leg is restrained with a soft knee brace and experimented in the same way as B to D. The order in which normal walking and walking under one side lower limb restraint are random. For analysis, statistical analysis is performed using multiple comparison tests, etc. In addition, in stroke patients, the lower limbs to be restrained are non-paralyzed. In addition, in case of a fall, the attendant is placed in a position that does not interfere with measurement. |
