Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Difference between the predicted propofol blood concentration displayed on the TCI pump and the actual blood concentration

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

The subjects were 16 adult patients who were scheduled to undergo laparoscopic liver retractor surgery at our hospital and who met all of the following criteria:
1) ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) classification 1-3
2) Written consent has been obtained for the use and publication of anesthesia-related data.

Exclude criteria

Patients with any of the following will be excluded:
1) Under 18 years old
2) Liver disease
3) Severe arrhythmia
4) Allergic to propofol
