Intervention(s)Take the penicillin antibiotic (amoxicillin) in two steps.

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomePresence or absence of an immediate allergic reaction. If an immediate reaction does not appear, check for a delayed reaction by outpatient or phone after about a week.
Secondary Outcome

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 6age old
Age maximum<= 15age old
GenderBoth
Include criteriaPatients whose age is between 6 and 15 years old and who have been declared by their family members or themselves that they are allergic to penicillin.
Exclude criteriaPatients with delayed language development or intellectual disabilities and have difficulty complaining of allergy symptoms. Patients who judged that they were at high risk of immediate allergic reaction, Stevens-Johnson syndrome or toxic epidermal necrolysis by risk assessment using the questionnaire.
