Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 65age old
Age maximumNot applicable
GenderBoth
Include criteriaPatients aged 65 and over, undergoing surgery at Hirosaki University Hospital, who are expected to stay in the ICU for 2 days or more after surgery
Exclude criteriaPatients who underwent cardiopulmonary bypass surgery, preoperative delirium patients, patients with cognitive impairment, patients with psychiatric disorders, alcoholics, opioid users, dialysis patients, Child Pugh class B or higher liver cirrhosis patients, Heart failure patients with NYHA 3 or higher, patients who refused to participate
