Intervention(s)We gather participants to conduct 60 minutes of psychoeducation and exercise on the effects of humor on mental health, once a week for a total of two times. In addition, for two weeks, participants will be tasked with homework, with 10 minutes of daily exercise and positive emotional measurements at home.
