• Intervention(s): i-gel Plus or AuraGain are inserted after induction of general anesthesia according to randomization. Tracheal intubation with fiberscope is performed using supraglottic airway device as a guide.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Time needed for the success of tracheal intubation
• Secondary Outcome: Time needed for the visual confirmation of vocal folds and tracheal bifurcation, fiberoptic view of vocal cords, difficulty intubation score

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Patients who undergo cervical surgery under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation
• Exclude criteria: Patients who undergo airway management without tracheal intubation, who have tooth mobility and whose BMI > 40
