Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Number of replanning during proton therapy based on the planning CT images

Secondary Outcome

Rate of adverse events occurring up to 6 months post-treatment
Number of times tumor dose constraint could not be achieved at the mid-treatment evaluation CT
Number of times gastrointestinal dose constraints were not achieved at mid-treatment evaluation CT

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: > 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

Patients who are 20 years of age or older at the time of obtaining consent
ECOG performance status is 0
Patients with pathologically confirmed malignancy or clinically diagnosed malignancy
No evidence of distant metastasis
Judged to be appropriate for proton therapy by multidisciplinary tumor board

Exclude criteria

In patients with pacreatic cancer, previous treatment of radiotherapy or surgery
Pregnant women or those who are breastfeeding
Judged by the principal investigator to be inappropriate
