Intervention(s)The supraglottic airway device, AuraGain or i-gel, is inserted to maintain airway opening after induction of general anesthesia. The selection of the supraglottic device depends on computerized randomization.

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeOropharyngeal leak pressure at 0, 30 and 60 degree head rotations
Secondary OutcomeVentilation score Maximum airway pressure under 10 mL/kg volume controlled ventilation Expiratory tidal volume under 10 mL/kg volume controlled ventilation Fiberoptic view of vocal cords

Age minimum>= 18age old

Include criteriaPatients who received elective surgery under general anesthesia Patients with ASA-PS 1-3
Exclude criteriaPatients who has the risk of pulmonary varotrauma Patients who has the risk of aspiration pneumonia Patients who has the restriction of head rotation
