Intervention(s)Group A: At the time of general anesthesia induction, remimazolam is administered at 12 mg/kg/h until unconsciousness. Group B: At the time of general anesthesia induction, propofol is administered at 0.5 mg/kg/10 sec until unconsciousness.

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeThe maximum change in mean blood pressure during general anesthesia induction
Secondary OutcomeThe percentage of mean blood pressure <60 mmHg during general anesthesia induction, The maximum change in heart rate during general anesthesia induction, The percentage of heart rate <45 bpm during general anesthesia induction

Include criteria1. ASA P.S. 1 or 2 2. Written informed consent
Exclude criteria1. Acute angle closure glaucoma 2. Myasthenia gravis 3. Allergy to propofol 4. Allergy to remimazolam 5. Revised Cardiac Risk Index >0 6. Sleep apnea syndrome 7. BMI greater than 35 8. Previous thoracoplasty 9. Previous pneumonectomy
