Intervention(s)After placement of MEP sensor, 0.2 and 0.5 MAC of sevoflurane inhalation is added to propofol anesthesia for 10 minutes each.

Primary OutcomeRate of successful MEP monitoring (amplitude > 150 mcV)
Secondary OutcomeAmplitude of MEP wave, latency of MEP wave, hemodynamics (blood pressure, heart rate), BIS value

Age minimum>= 20age old
Age maximumNot applicable
GenderBoth
Include criteriaPatient who undergo neurosurgery with MEP monitoring under general anesthesia
Exclude criteriaPatient that MEP monitoring cannot be performed normally
