• Intervention(s): After placement of MEP sensor, 0.2 and 0.5 MAC of sevoflurane inhalation is added to propofol anesthesia for 10 minutes each.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Rate of successful MEP monitoring (amplitude > 150 mcV)
• Secondary Outcome: Amplitude of MEP wave, latency of MEP wave, hemodynamics (blood pressure, heart rate), BIS value

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Patient who undergo neurosurgery with MEP monitoring under general anesthesia
• Exclude criteria: Patient that MEP monitoring cannot be performed normally
