Intervention(s) | After placement of MEP sensor, 0.2 and 0.5 MAC of sevoflurane inhalation is added to propofol anesthesia for 10 minutes each. |

Primary Outcome | Rate of successful MEP monitoring (amplitude > 150 mcV) |

Secondary Outcome | Amplitude of MEP wave, latency of MEP wave, hemodynamics (blood pressure, heart rate), BIS value |

Include criteria | Patient who undergo neurosurgery with MEP monitoring under general anesthesia |
Exclude criteria | Patient that MEP monitoring cannot be performed normally |
