Analgesic effects of ultrasound-guided inferior alveolar nerve block for the removal of impacted mandibular third molar

Intervention(s)In the block group, bilateral ultrasound-guided inferior alveolar nerve blocks are performed after the removal of impacted mandibular third molars, and 5 mL each of 0.375% levobupivacaine is administered for a total of 10 mL. In the pracebo group, 5ml each of normal saline is administerd for a total of 10 mL after the same timing and same space.

Primary OutcomeAfter the block (4, 10, 24 hour), NRS
Secondary OutcomePre-/postoperative QoR40J Complications of nerve block (local anesthetic systemic toxicity, hematoma, local infection) The number of times rescue analgesics are used in the 24 hours following the block.

Include criteriaover 16 years of age ASA-PS I to II undergoing the removal of impacted mandibular third molar
Exclude criteriaPatients who are allergic to the study drug, blood coagulation disorders, chronic opioid use, pregnancy, mental disorders, and other patients who, at the discretion of the physician in charge, are considered inappropriate for this study.
