• Intervention(s): Remimazolam is used for general anesthesia under the sedative monitoring using BIS or Sedline, which are determined by computer randomization

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Correlation of plasma concentration of remimazolam - bispectral index and plasma concentration of remimazolam - patient state index

Time course of plasma concentration of remimazolam
Time course of bispectral index
Time course of Patient state index

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

Patients who received general anesthesia
Patients who received arterial catheter cannulation for intraoperative management

Exclude criteria

Patients who have allergy for benzodiazepin drugs
Patients who have severe hepatic dysfunction
Patients who have severe renal dysfunction
Patients who are not suitable for BIS or Sedline sensor
Patients who have anemia preoperatively
