Intervention(s) | Lecture on the Significance of Activities in the Forest: This session likely covers the importance of engaging in activities within a forest environment. Participants may learn about the benefits of spending time in nature, connecting with the ecosystem, and understanding the value of forests. Pre-Survey and Vital Signs Check (Before Activities): Before embarking on any forest activities, participants complete a survey to gather information about their health, preferences, and expectations. Additionally, vital signs (such as heart rate, blood pressure, etc.) are checked to ensure everyone is physically prepared. Warm-Up Exercises: Participants perform warm-up exercises to prepare their bodies for the upcoming activities. These exercises help prevent injuries and enhance overall well-being. Forest Activities: A Course: Forest Walk: Participants explore the forest by walking along designated trails. They observe flora, fauna, and natural features while learning about the ecosystem. B Course: Forest Exploration: This course involves more in-depth exploration. Participants may engage in activities like identifying plant species, observing wildlife, or studying forest ecology. C Course: Forest Singing at the Clearing: In the forest clearing, participants come together to sing. This activity fosters a sense of community and appreciation for nature. Post-Survey and Vital Signs Check (After Activities): After completing the forest activities, participants provide feedback through a post-activity survey. Vital signs are checked again to assess any changes due to the outdoor experience. Remember that forest education programs aim to connect people with nature, promote environmental awareness, and enhance overall well-being. |
