Intervention(s)<Day1>Measurment of maximal oxygen uptake by incremental exercise test <Day2-4>Perform one of the following conditions in a 10 degree Celsius environment. Condition 1: cycling exercise at 60% of maximal oxygen uptake is performed for 15 minutes as a warm-up, and countermovement jumps are measured before, immediately after, 10 minutes after, and 20 minutes after the warm-up. Condition 2: cycling exercise at 80% of maximal oxygen uptake is performed for 15 minutes as a warm-up, and countermovement jumps are measured before, immediately after, 10 minutes after, and 20 minutes after the warm-up. Condition 3: cycling exercise at 80% of maximal oxygen uptake is performed for 11 minutes 15 seconds as a warm-up, and countermovement jumps are measured before, immediately after, 10 minutes after, and 20 minutes after the warm-up.
