Intervention(s) | Group1: Complex training (squat and counter movement jump) only is performed 12 sessions in 6 weeks (performed training at least once in a week). Group2: In addition to the same training as Group1, repeated sprint training (10 sets of 10 seconds of maximal pedaling with 30 seconds of rest in between) with an work-to-rest ratio of 1:3 is performed 12 sessions in 6 weeks (performed training at least once in a week). Group3: In addition to the same training as Group1, repeated sprint training (10 sets of 10 seconds of maximal pedaling with 60 seconds of rest in between) with an work-to-rest ratio of 1:6 is performed 12 sessions in 6 weeks (performed training at least once in a week). |

Include criteria | The participant must be a member of an athletic team (including an off-campus club team). The participants must agree to refrain from strength training, jump training, endurance training that mobilizes the lower limb muscle groups during the experimental period, except for squat training, jump training, and repeated sprint training that perform in this study. Agreed to follow the same diet for the duration of the experiment. |
