Intervention(s)local anesthesia with 0.2 ml of 1% Lidocaine or brachial plexus block as periarterial injection with 3mg/kg were performed before PI catheter insertion. 26-gauge needle or 23-gauge needle was used for local anesthesia or BPB, respectively.

Include criteriapediatrics or neonate taken PI catheter in PICU
Exclude criteriapatients with local anesthetics allergy patients with deep sadation, who do not response to needle pain
