Intervention(s) | Consume 120 g of common pork (loin) three times per week for 4 weeks. Consume 120 g of pork (loin) rich in omega-3 fatty acids three times per week for four weeks. |

Secondary Outcome | Serum free fatty acids, hormone secretion, serum metabolites, urine metabolites, sleep EEG, body temperature, heart rate, autonomic nervous activity and gene expression in leukocytes |
