Primary OutcomeTo identify the affected bronchi of persistent pulmonary air leaks by comparing airway pressure at the site of obstruction and pleural pressure.

Include criteria
Exclude criteriaPatients who cannot safely undergo bronchoscopy due to unstable breathing.
