| Intervention(s) | Dietary observation assessments and weight measurements conducted by non-specialized staff, combined with monthly consultation support by specialized staff (approximately 5 minutes per person) for 3 months. Usual care services without regular dietary observation assessments or consultation support by specialized staff. |
