Primary OutcomeAmerican Sports Medicine exercises can effectively improve students' physical and mental performance. This improvement in performance can reduce the rate of physical and mental injuries among military students

Exclude criteria1) unwillingness to continue participation in the exercises, 2) absence for more than one session, and 3) failure to complete the tests
