Intervention(s)

vocal-included group: They listen to music with song while practicing the boccia task. In addition, their performance in the boccia task was verbally communicated after each throw.
No-song group: They listened to music without song while practicing the boccia task.In addition, their performance in the boccia task was verbally communicated after each throw.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: As an outcome of motor learning, performance on a motor task modeled after Boccia will be measured. In addition, the subjects' personality traits will be measured using the Japanese version of the Ten Item Personality Inventory (TIPI-J), and handedness will be measured using the Edinburgh Handedness Test. In addition, the subjects' mental fatigue will be measured using Flicker and the NASA task load index.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: 18years-old
• Age maximum: 25years-old
• Gender: Male and Female
• Exclude criteria: Those with orthopedic or neurological diseases or sequelae. Those with medical risks such as heart disease. Those with a history of formal Boccia competition.
