Primary OutcomeThe experiment will consist of two parts: fixed-point measurement and daily measurement. Fixed-point measurement Period: 1 day Location: University laboratory Frequency: 1 day Content: Mindful breathing group: mindful breathing using a tablet device Control group: gazing at the cross on the tablet device screen Daily measurements Location: Home Measurement item: Finger plethysmogram before sleep Subjects: Mindful breathing group and control group Measurement days: Day 1, Day 9 Evaluation indicators: Pulse wave amplitude value calculated from finger plethysmogram, Rippanov index, fractal dimension

Exclude criteria(1) Those with experience of meditation or mindfulness (2) Those with a history of mental illness or mental disorder
