Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeThe total score of the Comprehensive Connectedness Scale-Trait version [ Time Frame: pre, post, one and three month follow-up ]
Secondary Outcome1) Wellbeing indices: Subjective happiness scale, Psychological well-being scale, Satisfaction with life scale, DASS-21,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index [ Time Frame: pre, post, one and three month follow-up ] 2) Psychological indices: Mindful Attention Awareness Scale, Self-compassion Scale, ego-resilience scale, and Adolescent Resilience Scale [ Time Frame: pre, post, one and three month follow-up ] 3)Daily affect: Comprehensive connectedness scale state version and Multiple mood scale. [ Time Frame: pre, post, one and three month follow-up ]

Age maximum75years-old
GenderMale and Female
Include criteria
Exclude criteria1) Individuals currently receiving medical treatment. 2) Individuals with suicidal thoughts. 3) Individuals wearing a medical device. 4) Individuals with poor health. 5) Individuals who have history of epileptic seizure. 6) Individuals with body temperature dysregulation. 7) Individuals with irregular heartbeat. 8) Individuals with voice, hearing or grip strength disorder. 9) Individuals with communication disorder. 10) Individuals with heart-related illness. 11) Individuals without strenuous exercise, eating, smoking, or the consumption of caffeine or alcohol within one hour of the start of the intervention on the day. 12) Individuals who experienced an intervention with meditation practices. 13) Other persons deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator.
