| Primary Outcome | 1.Renal event is defined as the doubling of serum creatinine level, the initiation of renal replacement therapy, and death due to end-stage renal dysfunction. 2.To examine the cumulative incidence ratio of renal event during 5 years observation period after multidisciplinary team education. 3 To identify the beneficial or risk factors related to the occurrence of renal event. |
