Intervention(s) | Study participants respond to around ten subjective and objective items for almost three months every day. Researchers analyze the relations between their performance and items. Based on the results, researchers give some feedback to them and consult the methods of mental and physical conditioning every two to four weeks. |

Include criteria | |
Exclude criteria | Those who can not respond due to mental or physical illness. Those who have not been able to practice for a long time due to injury, or other reasons. |
