Intervention(s)Study participants respond to around ten subjective and objective items for almost three months every day. Researchers analyze the relations between their performance and items. Based on the results, researchers give some feedback to them and consult the methods of mental and physical conditioning every two to four weeks.

Primary OutcomeSubjective and objective competitive performance
Secondary OutcomeSport version of the Self-Regulated Learning Scale, Japanese version of the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale, Self-Rating Scale for Athletic Performance

Age minimum18years-old
Age maximum24years-old
GenderMale and Female
Include criteria
Exclude criteriaThose who can not respond due to mental or physical illness. Those who have not been able to practice for a long time due to injury, or other reasons.
