Intervention(s)Group A research participant work for four weeks in an environment with daylight-white LEDs, followed by four weeks in an environment with new LEDs. They then work again for four weeks in an environment with daylight-white LEDs. Group B research participants work for four weeks in an environment with daylight-white LEDs, followed by four weeks in an environment with lightbulb-coloured LEDs. They then work again for four weeks in an environment with daylight-white LEDs.

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeMelatonin concentration
Secondary Outcomea. cortisol concentration in hair b. Melatonin concentration in blood c. Melatonin concentration in saliva d. Diurnal rhythm of deep body temperature e. Sleep diary f. Questionnaire survey of mental and sleep indicators g. Number of overtime hours worked h. Assessment by activity meters.

Include criteria
Exclude criteria1) If the research participant's free and voluntary written consent cannot be obtained 2) People who have been using drugs regularly in the last 3 months. 3) People who have gained or lost weight rapidly.
