Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Sodium (Na), potassium (K), iodine (I), and creatinine (Cre) excretion in spot urine and Na, K, I, and Cre excretion in 24-hour urine

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: 18years-old
• Age maximum: 30years-old
• Gender: Male and Female
• Exclude criteria: No serious liver disease, renal disease, autoimmune disease, diabetes, dyslipidemia, metabolic syndrome, thyroid disease, or other diseases requiring medical treatment in the past or present medical history, and no dietary supplements.
