Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeThe primary endpoint is quality of life 1 year after surgery
Secondary OutcomeThe secondary outcomes are perioperative complication and long-term hospitalization rates. To assess the impact of the care model on predefined outcomes, data will be analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics.
