| Intervention(s) | Opening training classified by the following items will be conducted over a period of one month Orientation, hospitality training, philosophy training, lectures on basic knowledge of Parkinson's disease, training on equipment installed in the facility, etc. (1 week) Training by job category (nursing, care, rehabilitation) (1 week) Preparation for opening a new facility, role-playing on the assumption of Parkinson's disease patients moving in, etc. (2 weeks) |
