Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: 40years-old
• Age maximum: 75years-old
• Gender: Male and Female
• Exclude criteria: (1) Evaluation of exercise recommendations after specific health examinations Individuals who underwent specific health examinations before receiving exercise recommendations. (2) Evaluation of dental examination attendance promotion Individuals who underwent dental examinations before receiving attendance promotion. Some municipalities may exclude individuals who died just before the dental attendance promotion.
