Outcome(s)
Primary Outcome | We isolate lymphocytes from gastrointestinal mucosal biopsy samples of patients undergoing immune checkpoint inhibitor therapy and perform flow cytometry to analyze the composition of lymphocyte fractions. We explore whether the diagnosis of irAE gastrointestinal damage can be based on the proportions of specific T cell subsets. |
