Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeHealthy adults will be randomly divided into a 3-day taste recall training group and a control group, and their taste perception thresholds will be assessed at the beginning and end of the training.

Include criteria
Exclude criteriaHealthy adults who don't wished to participate in this study. Healthy adults with taste disorder. Smoker. Persons are allergic to sucrose, sodium, chloride, quinine, tartaric acid, or mono sodium glutamate.
