3-day taste recall training
Control group

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Healthy adults will be randomly divided into a 3-day taste recall training group and a control group, and their taste perception thresholds will be assessed at the beginning and end of the training.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: 20years-old
• Age maximum: 65years-old
• Gender: Male and Female
• Exclude criteria: Healthy adults who don't wished to participate in this study. Healthy adults with taste disorder. Smoker. Persons are allergic to sucrose, sodium, chloride, quinine, tartaric acid, or mono sodium glutamate.
