Intervention(s)All participants will be using unguided online cognitive behavioral therapy for one month. The program consists of four modules (psychological education, relaxation, mindfulness, and behavioral activation). Based on the assessment, appropriate modules will be offered to participants. No intervention.

Primary OutcomeChange in the stress resilience scale score from pre- to post-intervention

Exclude criteria1. Cannot read or write Japanese 2. Receiving mental health treatment
