Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: 4-week change in the measured value of biological index A
• Secondary Outcome: 4-week change in biometric index B, blood pressure (systolic and diastolic), and behavior modification level of diet

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: 20years-old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Male and Female
• Exclude criteria: (1) Persons with food allergies to the test foods. (2) Persons with potassium intake restrictions.
