Intervention(s)Food reward is measured before and after 30 minutes of running exercise, and food choice at a buffet meal is assessed 30 minutes later. Food reward is measured before and after 30 minutes of resting, and food choice at a buffet meal is assessed 30 minutes later.

Age minimum18years-old
Age maximum29years-old

Include criteria
Exclude criteria1.Must not be aged between 18 and 29 years 2.Female 3.Being chronically ill 4.Taking any medications and dietary supplements 5.Smoker 6.A participant who performed weight changes plus or minus 3 kg in the past three months and who intention to weight loss during the study 7.Persons who are due to become participants of other research within the research period and persons who are already participants of other research
