Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: 18years-old
• Age maximum: 24years-old
• Gender: Male and Female
• Exclude criteria: Persons who already have a strength training habit. Specifically, those who have performed strength training of the lower limbs at least 3 times per week in the past year. Persons who cannot do squats due to back or knee pain. Persons who find it difficult to eat bread for breakfast every day. Persons who plan to consume 'health foods' at present and during participation in the study. Persons who have been advised by a doctor not to exercise. Persons who have insomnia or other sleep disorders and are currently undergoing treatment, or are taking over-the-counter sleep aids or other drugs at their own discretion. Persons with a mental illness, such as depression, who are currently receiving treatment. Persons with a certificate of physical or mental disability. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, who are breastfeeding or who wish to become pregnant. Persons who regularly use wristband activity trackers to measure steps and sleep time. Persons deemed unsuitable by the principal investigator or principal investigator.
