• Primary Outcome: The primary outcome is the effect on reduction of body fat/abdominal fat (visceral fat / subcutaneous fat) / body weight/waist circumference / BMI.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: 18years-old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Male and Female
• Exclude criteria: The literature which does not meet the key inclusion criteria will be excluded. Intervention tests without a placebo intake group are excluded.
