Intervention(s)High Intensity Interval Training Group (HIIT Group): Perform unsupervised HIIT 3 times a week for 8 weeks Moderate Intensity Continuance Training Group (MICT Group): Perform unsupervised MICT 3 times a week for 8 weeks Control Croup: Life as it has always been.

Primary OutcomeExercise adherence rate, postprandial blood glucose, incremental area under curve (iAUC)
Secondary OutcomeMaximal oxygen intake, blood pressure, health literacy, MOS 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey (SF-36)

Exclude criteriaPeople with Diabetes, Musculoskeletal disorder, and smoking habit
